Amez Visuals – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Amez Visuals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our studio photography, photo printing, and photocopy services. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.
1. Service Description
1.1 Photography Services: Includes portrait sessions, family photos, event photography, ID photos, and other pre-booked studio shoots.
1.2 Photo Printing: Printing services for digital files provided by the customer or taken at Amez Visuals.
1.3 Photocopying: Standard black-and-white and color photocopy services available in various sizes.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Appointment Booking: Photography sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
2.2 Deposit Requirement: A deposit may be required to confirm bookings. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
2.3 Payment Terms: Full payment must be made upon service completion. We accept cash, cards, and digital payments.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling at no cost.
3.2 Late Arrival: Clients arriving late by more than 15 minutes may have their session shortened or rescheduled.
3.3 No-Shows: No-shows without notice forfeit their deposit and must rebook at full price.
4. Image Usage & Rights
4.1 Client Ownership: Clients own the final edited photos delivered to them, for personal use only.
4.2 Studio Rights: Amez Visuals retains the right to use select images for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
4.3 Third-Party Use: Photos may not be resold or used commercially without express written consent from Amez Visuals.
5. Quality & Delivery
5.1 Photo Editing: Basic editing is included. Advanced retouching may incur additional charges.
5.2 Turnaround Time: Edited photos and print orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your photos, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.
6. Studio Rules
6.1 Behavior: Clients must maintain respectful conduct while on studio premises. Disruptive behavior may result in cancellation of services.
6.2 Safety: Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.
6.3 Damage: Clients are responsible for any intentional damage caused to studio equipment or property.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Amez Visuals is not liable for delays due to equipment failure, acts of God, or external factors beyond our control.
7.2 Liability is limited to the value of services paid.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or displayed at our studio reception.
