Return and Refund Policy

Amez Visuals – Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for Amez Visuals's services, including photography, printing, and photocopying.

1. General Policy

1.1 All payments for completed services are non-refundable.

1.2 Refunds may be offered in cases of service errors or quality issues solely at the discretion of Amez Visuals.

2. Photography Services

2.1 Booking Deposits: Deposits for photography appointments are non-refundable but transferable to a new date if rescheduled 24+ hours in advance.

2.2 Missed Appointments: No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

2.3 Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the delivered photos, please notify us within 3 days. We may offer re-editing or a reshoot if the issue is due to our fault.

3. Printing & Photocopying

3.1 Digital Files: We do not provide refunds for printing errors due to low-resolution or incorrect customer-supplied files.

3.2 Service Errors: If printing/photocopying errors occur due to our machines or staff, we will reprint the job at no additional cost.

3.3 Unclaimed Orders: Orders not collected within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be discarded without refund.

4. Refund Process

4.1 To request a refund or reprint, contact our support team with your receipt and description of the issue.

4.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
